In the latter months of 2014, the time came to search for a new Care Manager to run the daily operations of the business. Jo was eager to find a Care Manager who not only had experience in running a growing domiciliary care agency but also had a good understanding of the bigger picture in social care such as the launch of the Care Act 2015, commissioning, recruitment and retention of good care workers and a good commercial awareness.
